When will I receive my item?
We have items located locally and overseas. Processing time takes up to 4 days plus shipping times takes another 5 to 8 working days. Generally speaking, you should have the item within 2 weeks.

Are GST and shipping included?
The prices listed is all you have to pay. GST is already included and shipping is free.

Do you ship overseas?
We are based in Brisbane, Australia. We do currently also ship to Canada, USA, and UK.

Is there any impact for delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Yes there are some disruption in the logistics network especially for items coming from China. Some items are coming through quickly and some are being delayed for one reason or another. We will endeavour to sort out any issues as best we can. In any case, the worse case scenario is there will be an extra week delay from a typical 2 week delivery times. Local items do not experience any delays at all.

Can I return the product after it has been opened?
Yes, you have 7 days to decide to return for any reason at all. Just keep all the packaging intact so that it can be shipped back in a sellable condition.
